Why Are Orders Arriving Late?
We’ve recently transitioned to a new shipping carrier to help improve delivery performance in the long run. However, as with any change, there may be temporary delays during the transition period.
Here are a few reasons why your order might be delayed:

High Order Volume: We’re incredibly thankful for the continued interest in our patches, which has led to an increase in order volume.

Processing and Packing Time: Our fulfillment team is working hard to process and pack each order carefully, but increased demand has resulted in longer processing times.

Shipping Carrier Delays: Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is in the hands of the shipping carrier, which may experience occasional delays.
Important Note:
If your tracking status says “awaiting item” or “label created,” your order may still be in the fulfillment stage at our facility and has not yet been handed off to the shipping carrier. Once your order status updates to “in transit,” it means the package has been picked up by the carrier and is on its way to you.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days or your local carrier cannot locate the package, it’s possible that the shipment has been lost or misrouted. In that case, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number and then let us know — we’ll be happy to help and find a solution for you.
