While our patches are designed to be kind to the skin, mild reactions like temporary redness or itching can occasionally occur due to individual sensitivities.
To minimize skin concerns, we recommend applying patches only to clean, dry, non-hairy areas of skin, such as the upper arm, thigh or lower back. Avoid applying patches on broken, oily or already irritated skin.
Watch for early signs of discomfort, like localized itching or warmth. Switch sites immediately for mild issues, or try a shorter wear time initially. If irritation persists, we suggest testing for sensitivities by consulting an allergist.
Remove patch gently — peel slowly and use mild oil or adhesive remover for any residue.
If you have sensitive skin, over the counter soothing creams can help after patch removal, but we always advise pausing use if needed and seeking medical advice for allergies.
Rotate sites with each new patch (e.g. avoid the same spot for 7 days) to avoid buildup or irritation.
