We understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel an order shortly after placing it. While we’ll always do our best to help, please note that once an order has been processed and sent to our fulfillment center, it can no longer be canceled.
Follow the steps below to check your order status and request a cancellation if possible.
Steps to Cancel Your Order
1. Log In to Your Account
- Visit the Kind Patches website.
- Click on the Log In icon in the top-left menu or use the link included in your order confirmation email.
- Enter your email address and the login code sent to you.
2. Check Your Order Status
- Once logged in, select Orders from the menu on the left-hand side.
- If your order is still marked as Processing or Unfulfilled, you may be able to cancel it using the Cancel button displayed in the tile (see below example).
- Once you have cancelled your order you will receive a cancellation confirmation to your email.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In that case, you can refuse the delivery or contact us after receiving your package for assistance with a refund.
Important Note
Orders are often processed quickly, sometimes within hours of being placed. For the best chance of cancellation, please submit your request as soon as possible after purchase.
